Move the voucher.

The Agent ID owner can authorize one additional wallet in PROOF. This is a project authorization; it does not move or change the official Agent ID. Setting a new delegate replaces the previous one.

Then the original voucher recipient can transfer an unused voucher once to an authorized wallet. Quotas and deadlines stay the same.

Rarity is derived on-chain from the signed seed, challenge duration, task type, attempt and token ID under immutable rule-version thresholds. It is reproducible, not unbiased randomness; the signer can influence the seed. No transaction guarantees a particular rarity.

A voucher is not the NFT.

The voucher expires and can rebind once. A minted Pass remains transferable. Transferring a Pass resets its continuous-holding age for the new owner; a self-transfer does not.
